Housing stock
Toorak 3142 mixes large Victorian houses, tightly held Edwardian homes and interwar flats under the City of Stonnington. Lots run deep, so the front rooms stay formal while wet areas sit in a rear wing or a later first-floor carve-out. Apartments near the Village are older masonry, not glass towers: thick walls, existing stacks and owners-corporation rules rather than a free rebuild. Street character is grand; the bathrooms we quote are often the least updated rooms in the building. This page describes typical stock. It does not invent a Toorak before-and-after or a named client.
