Armadale 3143, City of Stonnington, mixes Edwardian brick, Victorian villas and 1960s walk-up flats. Heritage is likely on the house streets. Lots are standard rather than Toorak-deep or terrace-narrow, so access is usually workable, but the plan is the puzzle: a preserved front hall and a rear addition framed for living, not for a membrane. Walk-ups have original ensuites that predate current waterproofing standards. We do not publish an invented Armadale bathroom photograph. Nearby Toorak, Malvern and Prahran share the council; they do not share this rear-addition pattern in the same way.
